How we work together

6 steps to getting started

At every step – before and during our work together – you know what is being done, why, and what the legal consequences of each decision are.

  1. 01

    Requesting advice

Send the specific circumstances of your matter and the goals you want to achieve to lucija@lucija.legal. We can also arrange a consultation meeting.

For brief initial questions I am available by phone: +385 95 5847 332.

  2. 02

    Reviewing your inquiry

My practice focuses on company law, contract law and real estate – areas where I can provide precise and reliable support. Matters outside these areas are referred to specialised colleagues.

  3. 03

    Initial response

I reply within one business day, usually with questions or a request for further information so that I fully understand your situation.

  4. 04

    Written scope and cost estimate

You receive a written estimate listing the necessary actions, the expected working time and the anticipated legal fees.

  5. 05

    Accepting the estimate

Once you accept, I send the engagement agreement, the GDPR form and any other required documents.

  6. 06

    Work begins

Legal advice, contract drafting or representation in court and administrative proceedings starts once the engagement agreement is signed.

First step — An informative first step – with no obligation. Reply within one business day.
