Lucija Baričić
Attorney in Zadar with more than ten years of experience advising entrepreneurs, investors and foreign clients, with a focus on business and real estate.
Within business law (commercial and company law), I work on contracts, company formation and corporate structuring, relations between members and transfers of business shares, as well as employment, tax and insolvency matters.
In real estate (property law and the law of obligations), I guide investors through the structuring and execution of transactions – from legal analysis and negotiations to drafting and implementing contracts, including risk assessments.
